Man, I really LOVE that splash page – the art in this story (by Cy King) is super-quirky! And the story is just dumb-as-rocks

Wow, those really are funny animals! What a cool cartooning style... wanna see more of Cy King's work.
Yeah this character design is nuts. The screwy dilated pupils make me feel a little drunk. It's funny how just a few little tweaks to line thickness, eye placement, and other basic shapes can send a character waddling off into the twilight zone. I love this. Thanks.
