Amazingly enough this was put out by Archies Comics!!! I contacted them (Archies Comics) to see about getting more info on the artist, Bob White. Sadly they informed me that Bob passed away about 5 years ago.
So Bob,...if you're up there looking in,...you can thank ol' Sherm here for bringing your excellent work back to light!!!!
