Roy Crane combined breakneck action and nail-biting suspense with a bigfoot cartoony style that produced a timeless classic strip that would influence the biggest names in 20th century cartoon art, including Milton Caniff, Wally Wood, Harvey Kurtzman and Charles Schulz.

  1. Is it finally out? Another book I've had on preorder for I don't know how long. I was worried I'd have to give up on it like the Gottfredson book...

Hopefully someone will start up a complete Wash Tubbs as well!

  2. Hey there Doug...it's not quite OUT yet, but at least we know it's been printed. Hopefully it will be in stores soon. As for Wash Tubbs, you can still find the complete Wash Tubbs books on eBay from time to time. Expensive, but worth it!

  4. Hi Paul..thanks for the kind words ^_^ In this case however, kudos go to Fantagraphics for the video. They made the video and I found it on their website, and then linked it into this page. Credit where credit is due ;) I can't wait to get my hands on this one, too!
